Cancellation policy

All prices include 13.5% VAT.

Full payment is due no later than 5 days before arrival.

Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer or Stripe (credit/debit card).

If payment is not received by the due date, a reminder will be sent.

The reservation must be fully paid no later than 1 day before arrival.

If payment has not been received 1 day before arrival, the reservation will be cancelled without further notice.
