2. Self check-in via smart lock. Access codes are personal and must not be shared.

3. Maximum occupancy: 4 persons. 

4. Booking must be made by an adult (18+).

5. No smoking inside the apartment.

6. No pets.

7. No parties or events.

8. Quiet hours: 22:00–07:00 in accordance with housing company rules.

9. Sauna use is included.Guests must never leave the sauna heater on unattended, ensure the heater is switched off after use and not dry clothes on the heater.

10. Guests are financially responsible for damages caused during the stay, extra cleaning required due to negligence, lost keys or smart lock misuse.
